Shining Star Sleep Package - £295
A bespoke plan for your child to help you reach your sleep goals. Suitable for children aged 5 months - 4 years.
This is a very special time in your life and by following the bespoke plan you will be able to enjoy it to the fullest.
What’s included?

A 15 minute discovery call for us to discuss your child’s sleep issues. This is a chance for us to chat and for me to make sure that I can help with your specific needs.

I will ask you to fill out an activity log for your child over a 72 hour period.
I will carefully review all of the information you provide me with.

Following a review of your sleep goals for your child, together with all the information you have provided I will tailor make a plan especially for your little one.

I will explain the plan to you and ensure you are happy and confident.
For the following three weeks I will be available to support you via WhatsApp.

By working with me you will achieve your sleep goal, enabling you and your little one to be happier, calmer and well rested.
