I am Helen, the founder of Night Star Infant Sleep Consultancy. I’m a wife, step-mum to an 18 year old boy and mum to two girls who are 9 and 13 years old. We have a little dog called Honey who keeps me company when I work.

I worked in London for approximately 10 years before settling down to have my family in the countryside.

More About Me

I very quickly realised that I didn’t want to return to London to work and I started my new career in Childcare. I spent the next 12 years working in various roles from running my own Childminding business, working outside in a Forest Pre-School, to working in a traditional Nursery School setting.

Having always been slightly sleep obsessed and having complete empathy with parents who were struggling with their little one’s sleep I realised that Sleep Consultancy would be the ideal next step in my career.

I trained with Dani and Chris at The Sleep Consultant Academy and I am extremely lucky to have their ongoing mentorship. I gained my OCN London qualification, set up Night Star Infant Sleep Consultancy and I’ve been loving every minute of work since.

I cannot describe the feeling I get from helping people, at a very vulnerable time in their life, to improve their sleep and therefore their enjoyment of every day with their little one.

How I Can Help You

My gentle and effective approach to sleep-training will help you along a three week process to reach your goals. Rest assured that my bespoke plan will ensure that you see results without hours of crying for your child - or you.

SERVICES

4 year old Lottie

We reached out to Helen to help with our toddler who was waking before 6am and frequently trying to get out of bed in the night.

Helen’s calm and warm approach gave us confidence and hope that our family could turn things around. She gave us many ideas that we had not come across before (despite many late night google research sessions in desperation)!

We were provided with an effective, detailed and bespoke plan that took account of our family’s schedule and toddler’s personality.

We highly recommend getting in touch with Helen if you are struggling - she really knows her stuff and is lovely to boot.
