About Me

Welcome to my website, it’s lovely to have you here. My name is Helen and I’m a qualified Infant Sleep Consultant.
I have always loved my sleep, and one of the things I was most worried about when I was starting my own family was how I would cope with lack of sleep. I was lulled into a false sense of security with my first child as she was a wonderful sleeper, but my second child had me tearfully calling my sister-in-law pleading for help to get her to sleep. What I really needed was a Sleep Consultant but I wasn’t aware of them back then.

Once I found out about The Sleep Consultant Academy I was inspired to see if I could help others. I studied to gain my certification and I am delighted to be in a position where I can offer valuable support to families who are suffering with sleep issues.
