I am a OCN certified Infant Sleep Consultant, wife, step-mum and mum of two girls.
I have over ten years childcare experience, including working in a Forest Pre-School, running an Ofsted registered childminding company and working in a traditional nursery setting.
My prior experience and all my training mean I am well equipped to guide you through your little one’s sleep journey.
Loss of sleep was one of the things I was most worried about when I was expecting. It’s a standing joke among my friends and family about how much I love my sleep. It turned out that my first child was a dream, my second however was a whole new experience! I wish I knew then what I know now.
My step-son is almost 19 and my girls are 13 and 9 years old. I absolutely love it when they’re all home. We have a little Cavapoo velcro-dog called Honey, she is always beside me when I work.
Although my children are growing up fast, I remember vividly being in the trenches of sleepless nights and feeling like you’ll never get back to having an evening catching up with your favourite TV show or going out to meet friends.
Every now and then we need some support - that’s where I come in.

I will carry out a careful and thorough review of your child’s sleep and activity logs for 4 days and nights.
We will have a one hour telephone call to ensure the plan I create is based on your little one’s individual needs.
I will send you a bespoke plan tailored specifically to your child’s needs and sleep goals. This will set out step by step how to achieve the outcome we have discussed.
3 weeks of support is included while you implement the plan. During waking hours I will be on hand via WhatsApp to answer any queries you may have - and to celebrate your wins as you take the steps towards your goal.
